As a Loan officer who has bounced around for years between CRMs that are either too complicated or not what I needed. Shape solved my problems. In fact, in the initial demo call the sales rep highlighted that fact that everything I had worked for years to accomplish in a custom CRM was already built within shape. Lesson learned but grateful to have finally arrived.
