    What is Needed for the Integration?

    API Connection: Work and Everyday Applications

    Once the Campus Cloud API Integration is connected, here’s how the day-to-day integration functions:

    Shape will send a record to Campus Cloud one of 3 ways:

    1. If there is a status change.

    2. If incoming lead has campus name and the lead type is also the campus name.

    3. If user transfers record from one system to another using the tab “Lead Info” using the “Transfer” button.

    No, Campus Cloud lead do not run through Duplicate Management, meaning if duplicate leads come through then they will need to be managed manually.

    No, it does not enter the system with the assigned user. They will assign via distribution rules setup in Shape.
