    • Setting up Campus Cloud in Shape Software

    If you are on the education template, field synchronization will automatically be established upon connecting the integration. If you have Campus Cloud customizations or Shape Software customizations, please let your Shape Software rep know about your customizations or reach out to our Support Team for help.

    Integration Capabilities

    • Add new records to Campus Cloud from Shape, automatically
    • Add Campus Cloud statuses to your Shape status lists for status synchronization
    • Add Campus Cloud enrollment programs to your Shape status lists for program synchronization
    • Receive activity updates from Campus Cloud to Shape via the lead details sidebar

    What is Needed for the Integration?

    • Campus Cloud API Credentials (Username & Password)
    • Unique Institution URL

    API Connection: Work and Everyday Applications

    Once the Campus Cloud API Integration is connected, here’s how the day-to-day integration functions:

    • New records will be added automatically in Campus Cloud from Shape
    • If records already exists in Campus Cloud and not in Shape with new API integrations, it will export records from Campus Cloud into Shape
    • Once the record exists in both systems, the record will be updated bi-directionally
    • Activity will be synced to Shape and Campus Cloud in the form of notes in the “Notes” Productivity Sidebar feature within each record with the note category “Campus Cloud Activity “
    • Documents will be synced from Campus Cloud into Shape. These will appear under the “Uploads” tab within Shape records.

    Shape will send a record to Campus Cloud one of 3 ways:

    1. If there is a status change.

    2. If incoming lead has campus name and the lead type is also the campus name.

    3. If user transfers record from one system to another using the tab “Lead Info” using the “Transfer” button.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    No, Campus Cloud lead do not run through Duplicate Management, meaning if duplicate leads come through then they will need to be managed manually.

    No, it does not enter the system with the assigned user. They will assign via distribution rules setup in Shape.
