Floify + Shape Software API Integration

With the Floify–Shape integration, loan originators using Floify to automate their mortgage processes in combination with Shape to manage their lead & customer database can now seamlessly access Floify’s secure document management system directly within Shape. This integration means that all important borrower documentation and correspondence now lives in a single location.

When the integration is configured and active, LOs will be able to:

  • Create new leads from Floify with a corresponding Floify loan flow.

  • Synchronize uploaded documentation from Floify into a linked Shape contact record.

  • View all communication with a contact from both Floify and Shape in Shape's contact log.

  • Trigger Shape notifications that automatically utilize Floify outstanding document request data.
