This video is a quick walkthrough of the core tools you’ll use every day in Shape. It shows how the platform helps you stay organized, follow up consistently, and move through your day without extra steps.
Starting Your Day in Shape
When you log in, you land on your dashboard. This is your home base for everything you need at a glance.
What you see right away
- Contact types in the top left
- A master search that scans every record type
- Tools to add contacts manually or import them from a spreadsheet
- Integration points for your lead providers
- A feed on the right with feature updates and rollout notes
Shape is designed so you do not lose time hunting for information. Everything you need to start your day sits in one place.
Working Your Prioritized Views
Prioritized views sort your leads from highest to lowest priority so you always know where to focus. Instead of digging through long lists, you get a clean view of the records that need attention right now.
What you can do here
- Take quick actions for calls, texts, emails, notes, calendar events, and tasks
- Work records individually or in bulk
- Send targeted email or text blasts
- Update statuses to trigger automated follow-up
- Customize your columns to display the info that matters most to you
- Add additional filters to tighten your list and control what appears
Statuses play an important role because they guide the system’s next steps. When your statuses are current, Shape handles much of the follow-up timing behind the scenes so your workflow stays consistent.
Calling and Communication Tools
The built-in dialer keeps your conversations, activity, and notes in one smooth flow.
During a call
- Use the keypad and mute
- Transfer or conference in another party
- Drop a prerecorded voicemail
- Follow a call script if you need it
When the call ends, you disposition it and leave your notes. Shape saves everything to the contact record, updates your activity, and sets your next follow-up reminder based on what happened.
You can handle calls manually or let AI calling and texting run in the background when your schedule is stacked.
