This video walks through how easy it is to create a new contact in Shape and push that record into your loan origination system. Shape’s mortgage platform connects with several major LOS systems, which means you can start a file in Shape and let the integration handle the rest.
To get started, you simply press the plus button and choose to add a lead. As you work this record, Shape will automatically move it through the pipeline, from Lead to Application to Loan. If your workflow is simpler, you can streamline the pipeline down to just leads and loans, or even just leads.
When you first create the record, you’ll see a few required fields. These can be adjusted to fit your needs.
Once you fill out the required fields, the record saves automatically.
