If you use TrustEngine or Sales Boomerang to monitor mortgage inquiries, Shape offers a native integration within the Mortgage CRM. As leads enter your system and progress through the pipeline, Shape can automatically send those records to TrustEngine or Sales Boomerang so opportunities are monitored in real time.
When borrower activity is detected, such as inquiries from past borrowers or current applicants, those events are sent back into Shape. From there, opportunities can be surfaced directly inside the platform so they are easy to identify and prioritize.
Once an opportunity is identified, Shape gives you multiple ways to follow up automatically depending on your workflow preferences.
In addition to monitoring borrower activity, the integration also brings loan officer and borrower facing TCA presentations into Shape. Borrowers can review and interact with their loan options, while loan officers retain full control to adjust numbers and manually send TCA links when everything has been confirmed.
