Shape’s custom list pages allow you to configure column views based on how you work best. Instead of relying on a one size fits all layout, you can build views that surface the exact data you need across all records in one place.
Customizing Your Column View
List views can be fully customized using the Manage Columns option. This allows users to select which data points appear and arrange them in an order that makes the most sense for their workflow.
Common communication focused columns include:
- Created date
- First contact attempt
- Speed to contact
- Total call attempts
- Total emails sent
- Last email open date
- Last email click date
- Last text response date
- Inbound and outbound response tracking
Organizing and Analyzing Communication Data
Once columns are selected, they can be reordered to prioritize the most important information. This makes it easy to analyze communication history across a large dataset without opening individual records.
As you scroll horizontally, Shape automatically displays and updates communication metrics across all records, giving you immediate visibility into engagement and responsiveness.

Shape automatically tracks communication activity as users work their records. When a call is placed, email is sent, or text message is delivered, the corresponding columns update in real time.
This includes tracking:
- Last call attempt
