Contact Communication History in Shape

Call Log
The call log provides a complete history of inbound and outbound calls tied to a contact. Users can review recordings, analyze call outcomes, and access AI-powered insights without leaving the record.

Email Log

The text log shows the full SMS and MMS conversation history for the contact. Messages are displayed in a threaded format to make conversations easy to follow.

Notes and Checklists
