Working Your Prioritized Views
Prioritized views sort your leads from highest to lowest priority so you always know where to focus. Instead of digging through long lists, you get a clean view of the records that need attention right now.
What you can do here
- Take quick actions for calls, texts, emails, notes, calendar events, and tasks
- Work records individually or in bulk
- Send targeted email or text blasts
- Update statuses to trigger automated follow-up

Statuses play an important role because they guide the system’s next steps. When your statuses are current, Shape handles much of the follow-up timing behind the scenes so your workflow stays consistent.
Calling and Communication Tools
The built-in dialer keeps your conversations, activity, and notes in one smooth flow. When the call ends, you disposition it and leave your notes. Shape saves everything to the contact record, updates your activity, and sets your next follow-up reminder based on what happened.
