What’s included in onboarding?

Every new Shape customer gets a complimentary onboarding package that includes a 1:1 call with a dedicated onboarding specialist, a follow-up check-in call, live Essentials training webinars, full access to video trainings, and help setting up your system—including user setup, phone setup, and data migration. We’ll also walk you through connecting your lead providers, authenticating your email domain, and registering your brand for 10DLC compliance.

Do you offer personalized onboarding packages?
Yes! While every account includes a complimentary onboarding experience, we also offer custom onboarding packages tailored to your team’s goals. With our professional services plans, you’ll meet regularly with a Shape implementation expert who helps configure the system, build out your workflows, and get your work done efficiently and on schedule.
What if I want to update my workflow?
Shape gives you a ton of flexibility right out of the box—no extra tools required. You can create up to 80 custom fields, customize your statuses, pipeline views, departments, automations, and both sales and marketing workflows directly from settings. If you’re looking for even more control, our CustomUI and PortalUI tools allow you to fully redesign lead screens, build conditional layouts, and tailor portals to your exact process. Whether you’re doing it yourself or working with our team, it’s easy to make Shape work the way you do.

Absolutely. Our professional services packages are built for teams who want ongoing support and hands-on system optimization. You’ll work with a dedicated Shape expert to review your goals, make enhancements, and meet regularly to knock out projects together.
