Working with Shape has been one of the best vendor experiences I've had in my career
After a difficult experience with a previous CRM, our team was understandably hesitant about making another transition. From our very first conversations, Dani and Alexander understood those concerns and made it their mission to ensure this implementation was different. They didn't just sell us a platform, they became true partners in the process.
Throughout onboarding, data migration, and multiple technical integrations, they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and hands-on. Whether by email or phone, I've never had to chase them down for answers. Every question is addressed quickly, and every challenge is met with a solution-oriented attitude.
Alexander consistently goes above and beyond. On more than one occasion, he stayed on calls far longer than scheduled to work directly with our IT team and ensure everything was configured correctly. His commitment to our success has been exceptional.
Dani has also been outstanding. She's patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a talent for explaining even the most complex concepts in a way that's easy for anyone to understand. She has made what could have been an overwhelming process feel organized, manageable, and even enjoyable.
Implementing a CRM is never a small undertaking, but Shape has made it as seamless as possible. A large part of why we chose Shape was because we believed their team would set us up for long-term success, and they have exceeded every expectation.

Putting into words just how incredible this experience has been for me and my team is difficult because I truly don't think words can fully capture how positive this transition has been. From the very beginning, Alexander H. and Danielle D. have been exceptional. Their professionalism, communication, organization, and genuine care have made transitioning our users, data, and customizations to a new CRM feel incredibly seamless. Dani has been an absolute rockstar! Her trainings have been fantastic, and her communication and follow-through are unmatched. She stays on top of every detail and has been an amazing partner throughout this process. Even when she is busy with her other duties, she always circles back with our team to let us know she is still available. Alex has been just as phenomenal. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to make himself available whenever we need support have exceeded our expectations. He has been an amazing partner in all of this and I cannot thank him enough. Together, Alex and Dani have made a massive transition feel manageable and as stress-free as possible. A special shoutout to Jim Fullen for his help gathering and organizing our user data and preparing us for the transition! After 12 years of working with CRM platforms, I can confidently say this has been my best experience to date. If I was the type of person that sang off of mountain tops, one of the highest praises I would sing would be for Shape Software! We have been with them for a few years, and they just keep growing and adding more capabilities to help our business grow. We are a pretty tech savvy mortgage company, and we had tried a few other CRMs in the past and none can compare. The automation options are nearly limitless, a must have for a company needing to market to a large database. Customer service is always quick to respond, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the most out of the product. We work closely with Dani D. a lot, and she is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. If you've been on the fence- pull that other leg over and step on to where the grass is actually greener.

I have recently signed up for Shape CRM as my new marketing / CRM platform. Shape has a lot of great tools and some of the set up takes a bit of help with the Shape support team. Aly Gutierrez with the Shape support team was such a great help when it came to setting up my domain permissions to track all bulk mail. She was very hands on making sure i was able to get this set up correctly with my team. She was always there to answer any questions very promptly and also gave me some more great insight on additional tools i may be able to deploy with Shape CRM. Aly is great to work with and very knowledgeable when it comes to the Shape CRM system.

I'm not really one to leave reviews, but I wanted to leave a review for Alexander Hammond my representative fot Set Shape CRM. I have been using CRMs for over 20 yrs and I must say that this is one of the best experiences i've had When I call to get clarity and need guidance, I feel welcome and there's an eagerness to help me versus ny other experiences its been more of a "I have to take this call and do the thing" That support goes a long way and it shows the culture of this group. Combine that with the up to date technology and the utilization of A.I., I am big supporter of this group, and I highly recommend them and Alexander Hammond. Keep up the great work!

I have just signed up to start using SHAPE Software for my B2B opt in marketing campaigns via email and SMS. The first thing I want to say is the follow up and onboarding to get us going has been top notch. Rare in this day an age of once signed up and billing I can't get help or its bot help and not a human. My rep Jimi has been Awesome in helping me get setup, and he did it after hours on his time when my day slowed down. Now I am scheduled for onboarding with Stewart tomorrow to get our first campaign set up. Great experience, great job Jimi Thank you! We are looking forward to getting up and running.

The company I work for made the move to Shape a year ago after I vetted out several CRM options. The move has been great for us. Shape Software along with Dani and her team have been exceptional to work with. We have a very complicated build-out for the system with in-depth customization. Shape worked with us to meet all of our needs and has gone out of their way to help us customize the system to our business model. We now use Shape for our CRM across multiple business channels and have worked with them to build lead capture pages with their secure-engine capabilities. I highly recommend the system and the Shape team.
