A while ago I finished a school of thought on how I want my CRM to run with the marketing I’m putting out on social media. I had a scheduled meeting with one of Shapes Employees Tristan to help out with pushing my ideas and how I want the CRM to perform now with marketing. Tristan’s confidence in understanding of Zapier’s AI tools with my idea clearly shows the many levels and depth to Shape besides the standard operating.

I have recently signed up for Shape CRM as my new marketing / CRM platform. Shape has a lot of great tools and some of the set up takes a bit of help with the Shape support team. Aly Gutierrez with the Shape support team was such a great help when it came to setting up my domain permissions to track all bulk mail. She was very hands on making sure i was able to get this set up correctly with my team. She was always there to answer any questions very promptly and also gave me some more great insight on additional tools i may be able to deploy with Shape CRM. Aly is great to work with and very knowledgeable when it comes to the Shape CRM system.
I’ve had a great experience using Shape CRM so far. The platform is intuitive, powerful, and has really helped streamline our workflow and improve organization across the board.
A special shoutout to Stewart Hartman he’s been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Anytime we had questions or needed guidance, Stewart was quick to respond with clear, actionable answers. His support made a big difference in getting us up and running smoothly.

Alex walked me through the system and explained the process in detail. She took the time to understand my frustrations with other CRMs and made sure we addressed those concerns so I wouldn’t run into similar issues. She was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process.
