I have been using CRMs for over 20 yrs and I must say that this is one of the best experiences i’ve had When I call to get clarity and need guidance, I feel welcome and there’s an eagerness to help me versus ny other experiences its been more of a “I have to take this call and do the thing” That support goes a long way and it shows the culture of this group. Combine that with the up to date technology and the utilization of A.I., I am big supporter of this group, and I highly recommend them and Alexander Hammond. Keep up the great work!

I have just signed up to start using SHAPE Software for my B2B opt in marketing campaigns via email and SMS. The first thing I want to say is the follow up and onboarding to get us going has been top notch. Rare in this day an age of once signed up and billing I can’t get help or its bot help and not a human. My rep Jimi has been Awesome in helping me get setup, and he did it after hours on his time when my day slowed down. Now I am scheduled for onboarding with Stewart tomorrow to get our first campaign set up. Great experience, great job Jimi Thank you! We are looking forward to getting up and running.
