The system is great but their support and training is what was the cherry on top for me. Not only did I get to personalize and configure the system on my onboarding call but I’ve sent many questions to their team and I always get a response the same day. I’ve used many CRMs in the past and that’s always been an achilles heal but not here. I’ve used MANY industry CRMs in the past and this one is by far the best. I thought I was a little too advanced for them but every question I asked and tried to stump them with their support team knew.
Our overall experience with shape has been fantastic and our entire team uses it. The features that are most impactful, are the phone features and the texting.
It was easy to learn how to use Shape and it solves a lot of our pain point.
We haven’t experienced anything we disliked yet but we haven’t used everything in the system yet.
Our email marketing has been much easier now that we’ve been able to tie that with our text marketing

How easy it is to use, all of the great features it has, and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. This CRM does absolutely everything I need for my Mortgage business, all in one place.
