I am still learning how to incorporate all of its functionality, which is quite expansive. The support has been top notch, particular Tristan, who has helped me on several occasions. I’m looking forward to taking it live and using it with customers, as the interface and ability to customize the needs list on a per client basis is going to be incredibly helpful.
