Best CRM System from all the rest!

If I was the type of person that sang off of mountain tops, one of the highest praises I would sing would be for Shape Software! We have been with them for a few years, and they just keep growing and adding more capabilities to help our business grow. We are a pretty tech savvy mortgage company, and we had tried a few other CRMs in the past and none can compare. The automation options are nearly limitless, a must have for a company needing to market to a large database. Customer service is always quick to respond, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the most out of the product. We work closely with Dani D. a lot, and she is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. If you've been on the fence- pull that other leg over and step on to where the grass is actually greener.

I have recently signed up for Shape CRM as my new marketing / CRM platform. Shape has a lot of great tools and some of the set up takes a bit of help with the Shape support team. Aly Gutierrez with the Shape support team was such a great help when it came to setting up my domain permissions to track all bulk mail. She was very hands on making sure i was able to get this set up correctly with my team. She was always there to answer any questions very promptly and also gave me some more great insight on additional tools i may be able to deploy with Shape CRM. Aly is great to work with and very knowledgeable when it comes to the Shape CRM system.

I have been using CRMs for over 20 yrs and I must say that this is one of the best experiences i've had When I call to get clarity and need guidance, I feel welcome and there's an eagerness to help me versus ny other experiences its been more of a "I have to take this call and do the thing" That support goes a long way and it shows the culture of this group. Combine that with the up to date technology and the utilization of A.I., I am big supporter of this group, and I highly recommend them and Alexander Hammond. Keep up the great work!

Shape Software along with Dani and her team have been exceptional to work with. We have a very complicated build-out for the system with in-depth customization. Shape worked with us to meet all of our needs and has gone out of their way to help us customize the system to our business model. We now use Shape for our CRM across multiple business channels and have worked with them to build lead capture pages with their secure-engine capabilities. Shape Solved My CRM Problems

As a Loan officer who has bounced around for year between CRMs that are either too complicated or not what I needed. SHAPE solved my problems. In fact, in the initial demo Call the sales rep highlighted that fact that everything I had worked for years to accomplish in a custom CRM was already built within shape. Shape is very simple to use. It has so many features and useful business applications. A great way to stay organized.

The upside to using the Shape software is I like having a POS and CRM within the same system.

This is a great and user friendly mortgage software system.

Pros: Easy to find what you’re looking for with the search and side Bar feature. Built in email portal. Phone and texting is easy to use and the design is better than any other mortgage software system out there in the market. Cons: None. Haven’t explored all the features yet but have not found anything negative about the software so far. Texting templates can be easy to setup but needs to be customize to get them personalized. Overall, great way for processing loans. CRM tools are easy to use, and the LOS and other integrations help to automate a lot of processes. Loan originating is a lot easier with all of the built-in features.

10 out of 10 Prospecting and Contact Management Software

Prospecting, organization, project management, and reporting is fantastic with Shape. I've worked on teams where I managed many people under me before, and I still work with an amazing team of people but after properly configuring Shape I'm able to get as much done with just me + Shape's automation as I've been able to do with many assistants before. Prospecting: We can import massive lists of prospects and we run e-mail text and phone campaigns with all prospects automatically. We can easily take notes after each contact or contact attempt (I don't even type I just use their voicenote feature) and best of all there are automated e-mails and texts that go out after each contact attempt. For example after a call if a prospect doesn't answer an automatic e-mail and text is sent out from my system. There's also a voicemail drop feature which saves us hours, anytime I call and someone doesn't answer I just push a button and a voicemail is left for them. Organization: My calendar is synced, their mobile app notifies me of everything, and the task management and project management features allow me and everyone to work out of one centralized place. Reporting: It looks like there are 100+ pre-built reports but I honestly have no idea how many there are (we just use the call reports and email reports, we don't really use the others yet). My favorite thing, which probably isn't a big deal, is their call recording feature. Instead of pipeline reports where we used to have to describe what someone sounded like on the phone I can simply just play a recording to hear the candidate speak. I'm talking to them to see if I can build out some customized features and I'm pretty hopeful I can use their client portal and if that's the case then GEM and other softwares like greenhouse, lever, or Asana may not even be needed in the future and we can just use Shape for those similar features if needed again.

Shape Is the easiest and most fluid CRM I've ever used.

The ease of use of the user interface, which I work out of every day, is effortless in how it's presented; however, it includes loads of functionality that I have complete control over to customize and add automation. One of the prominent features of this CRM is its marketing feature. It allows me to automatically reach out to my clients with pre-built templates that I can customize to my liking. This feature strengthens my relationship with my clients, and I barely even have to lift a finger to utilize this option to the fullest. The only thing i dislike about this software is that setting up the phone system can be a bit complicated as i was utilizing several different area codes to reach multiple clients. However, they have a fantastic support system, and all I had to do was reach out to them, and they got me squared away in no time! If you're looking for an easy-to-use CRM with an excellent support team, then this is your product. I am consolidating several different software systems that I used to use all under one roof. I have all my client's info, where I can call, text, or email them and start their mortgage application all within the same software. This has benefited me immensely as I don't have to go in and out of different Programs all day just to get something done, which saves me an incredible amount of time every day, allowing me to get on the phone with new clients more quickly.

There is nothing to dislike about Shape, just one thing to consider is that, like any new software, there may be a learning curve when you first start using Shape CRM. It's a powerful tool with many different features and capabilities, so it may take some time to fully get the hang of it. But we found the benefits of using Shape CRM – such as automating tasks, streamlining workflows, and getting valuable insights into business performance – make it well worth the effort. The main benefit for us is the customer journey and customer acquisition data. Shape's reporting and analytics features are top-notch, providing us with valuable insights into our business performance.

The Best CRM on the Market

Shape's UI is intuitive, and the setup process was pretty easy. We love how you can create and manage email and text campaigns and track everything. Some other CRMs we tested had all the same features, but getting them set up seemed much more time-consuming. Shape ties them all together nicely. Shape doesn't seem to offer over-the-phone chat support, which we find very helpful, but they provide extensive support articles for common issues and email support. We would like to have the option of over-the-phone support, but we also realize this is not always possible under financial constraints. Shape has helped us stay in constant contact with all of our leads as well as automate a good portion of our marketing. As a result, we've seen sales increase steadily in addition to keeping our clients happy because we can respond quickly and stay in constant contact. It has helped us market to a much broader client base.

Extensive CRM/POS software

Pros: This software is user-friendly and easy to follow. Shape helps to STAY organized and focused on selling and making money. I love the automated follow up system and the details so we don't lose out on any possible opportunities. This system guides you to stay in front of potential clients, to which we all know proper communication is KEY to acquiring new clients. Highly recommend Shape for any Mortgage Business that doesn't use this CRM. I have used other CRM/POS software, Shape is second to none. (you will see!!!) Cons: The only thing in my brief review and I wouldn't say this is a con because the reward on the backend is significant because the Shape is so extensive configuring to your exact needs requires some input on the business owner. Overall: Overall the system is easy to use and definitely value add for any mortgage business. The system takes manual labor out of your day and automates many tasks that allow for time spent on higher value-add items for the business.

Intuitive and Most Useful CRM I've Ever Used

It was easy to learn, everything was very intuitive and the user experience was sleek. I had used salesforce before and was very surprised to see what Shape looked like vs. Salesforce. I use it to prioritize partners we 're onboarding and check their status. It was very useful to keep track of my contacts, and it helped me automate a lot of follow-up. Reporting was also very useful I'm able to just export their pre-built reports instead of having to build my own each week. I'm able to manage and categorize all our different partners and it helps our team with transparency but also with tracking rev shares etc. All our different types of partners are managed out of Shape: Prospective partners, technology partners, solution partners, and agency partners.

Best Mortgage CRM by FAR

Best mortgage CRM we've used by far. We're now looking to use their general CRM for other companies we own (property management, call center, and sales). They have all the major features we use, and the look and feel is in a different universe vs. other systems we've used. The LOS integration is great (we used Encompass but now looking to use Lendingpad). We also use their auto-dialer, e-mail/texts, and a lot of their other general contact management. We had used Floify before and now we use the Shape Mortgage Client Portal instead. The benefit there is we can actually nurture leads with e-mail and text marketing, which we couldn't do with Floify before. We're just starting to build out our online ads with them, excited to see how they perform. Amazing support, we had Stewart and Matt help with our system.

Finally found a system that does it all.

Pros: We have been able to truly automate our business saving us a ton of time and money in the process. Before we found Shape we had to use a system our CRM, DocuSign, and a point of sale. Getting all of these systems to API and work together was very difficult to say the least. Now we have everything in one package with Shape making our business run much more efficiently and training our new hires a lot easier. Cons: We had the best account manager there Dani but she was promoted so we no longer get to work with her. Overall: The support team at Shape has been great. They are constantly making updates to the system keeping it fresh and adding new features regularly. Even our original salesman Daniel calls us to check in once a month. We have been customers for a few years now and the product has really made a big impact on our business.

Its notifications send to customers via sms / email also helps the customer to connect with the organization. Cons: Its calendar feature required google id to able to sync. For Microsoft users there is bit sync issues detected. Overall: Overall this software is best in the market. Its autonomous notifications and taking lead system helps the user to take the follow ups on time. Its template for email communication helps the marketing campaign and the best part is that, it's is very easy to operate. Its support system also helps the user for any issues via chat and online mode. Good work.

I loved how amazing the UX is on this software. I am a UX designer and I love the interfaces they use to represent the data. It's super easy to understand. I haven't had expierences with software like this before, but they make it super easy to use and understand. They also have an amazing support team if you have any questions. You can contact them easily on their website, which is really nice. They made my day to day taks of scheduling meetings with a bunch of difftent directors super easy.Given that my organization has many diffrent parts they group togeather my emails so it's nicley organized and my OCD self doesn't get flustered. I like thier calender intercaes as well, it's better than using google calender or one of the other competitors.

Pros: 1. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and responsive which is one of the best part part of this software. 2. The User Interface is very beautiful and is very user friendly. 3. The Software is very affordable and one can easily consider this before other softwares. 4. We utilise the platform to exchange comments, call recordings, and almost anything else these days. A lot of the labour we used to do has been automated thanks to email and text drip programmes. Cons: 1. The don't offer free trial which I think should be there. Overall: My overall experience was great. This programme has assisted me in growing my business and keeping track of all of my contacts in a fast and effective manner.

Perfect software for organizing and managing contacts and projects

The software came with everything already built into it or it was just a click to connect what we wanted in the integration dashboard. Things that came with Shape that we did not need to add: Contact management, project management, calendar, e-mail automation, phone dialer and dialer automation. Things that it already came integrated with: Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Quickbooks, Zapier, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Gsuite, Outlook. I thought I could only use it from my computer but realized there's an iphone app so I've started using that too. Not sure if there's an android app or not, but the iphone one was pretty easy to use.

The system is great but their support and training is what was the cherry on top for me. Not only did I get to personalize and configure the system on my onboarding call but I've sent many questions to their team and I always get a response the same day. I've used many CRMs in the past and that's always been an achilles heal but not here. I've used MANY industry CRMs in the past and this one is by far the best. I thought I was a little too advanced for them but every question I asked and tried to stump them with their support team knew.

The software is great, but the support and service from Shape is the best I've ever experienced. We've used several mortgage softwares in the past and some of them are ok but figuring them out can be a pain. Aggressive, Ready to use, best mortgage crm

Shape know exactly what brokers need and the loan portal integration with my LOS is awesome. One feature like no other is the co-branding. I would love to get more tips and tricks to get to know the program better. There is a feature in a crm called SalesPypePro that helps us find leads and Inwish that feature would be in Shape, plus the the direct mail with closing gifts.

Better than Salesforce and Hubspot

Feature set and pricing. We used Salesforce and hubspot in the past and both were more expensive and lacked the functionality we get outside of the box with shape. Dialer, texting, e-mails, prioritized list views, lead scoring etc. all came ready without any coding or integrations. We configured the drip campaigns ourselves easily and manage all our accounts (and leads) out of Shape. Great system, would recommend 10/10 times.

Perfect Mortgage CRM + POS Combo

Love the user interface and the features that come with our system. We use Shape for our lead generation, e-mail marketing and our team uses the phones as well. We recently purchased the LOS (client portal) which has helped save time with document gathering etc. Our team has obviously had to work a lot harder in this down market and having Shape in place to generate leads has been a big help.

I have tried several CRMs that were not user-friendly or did not have the functionality I was looking for. I found Shape to be the best all-around for our needs. Great system to manage our pipeline

We've used Shape for a couple years now, and mainly use it to manage our prospects and for contact management. It's definitely easy to use and we do all our e-mail and text follow-ups through there. I like that we can record all our calls it makes it easy to send the recordings instead of having to describe prospects. We also use it for project and task management.

Look and feel is the best part for me. Everything is intuitive so it's easy to learn without having to call in for tech support. I've used monday.com and pipedrive before and like Shape over those for sure.

The contact management and pipeline tools make our prospecting a lot easier. We use the system to share notes, share call recordings on leads and pretty much manage everything now. E-mail and text drip campaigns have automated a lot of the work we used to do as well. Would highly recommend Shape.
