There is nothing I dislike about Shape Software.
It allows us to use one system for basically everything that we need as a team. We use it for sales, project management, as well as customer support.

It has everything we need all in one software platform. Set up is very easy but the training and support is there if we need it, too.
Great experience. They seem to constantly be developing and building new features which I love. It has EVERYTHING. Built in phone, e-mail, texts there’s even a calendar solution that’s tied to the rest of the system AND project management (we used to have trello but we got rid of it and only use Shape now). Lead distribution, marketing automation, and contact management way superior to anything I’ve used before.

But we found the benefits of using Shape CRM – such as automating tasks, streamlining workflows, and getting valuable insights into business performance – make it well worth the effort.
The main benefit for us is the customer journey and customer acquisition data. Shape’s reporting and analytics features are top-notch, providing us with valuable insights into our business performance.
