Webphone vs Call Forwarding

If you are using “Call Forwarding” in your user profile, you will no longer receive the “Webphone” popup upon logging in to Shape. When using call forwarding, you do not need the webphone popup. Because of this, the webphone popup will no longer appear. If you have “Webphone” selected in your user profile to use the web browser phone, you will still receive the webphone popup and you must either minimize the popup or hide it behind your active browsers.
