To date I do not have many things to point out about Shape that I dislike

Great product to keep all your clients organized and updated throughout the process. Easy to use marketing automation. I have other marketing automation systems and its so confusing. This is straight forward and every effective.
The overall system seems very user friendly. Things seem to make sense where they are located and are easy to find. I love that inquiries on our website go straight into the CRM. We didn’t have that with our last program.

Saving up the record in shape is simple. If you input any texts into the text field it saves them automatically. On the top left, there’s the productivity sidebar where we can add important notes, and get communication details like SMS, email, or phone calls. If you need to call your customer, you need to hover on their phone number and click to call. Similarly, the email can be sent in a similar way, and also there are email templates saved by default to ease up your entire process.
Shape is the best CRM tool in the market. If you are thinking to grow up your business, then Shape might be the right option for it. Choose it wisely.

Pros: The simple interface helps the team to align properly for coordinating with Clients. Its automatic hierarchy system helps the user to know the status of their calling. Its notifications send to customers via sms / email also helps the customer to connect with the organization.
Cons: Its calendar feature required google id to able to sync. For Microsoft users there is bit sync issues detected.
