Shape Software Call Outcomes

Use call outcomes to disposition your calls within Shape Software. Add and manage your call outcomes via the “Settings” pages.


Managing Call Outcomes

Every Shape Software system comes with general default call outcomes that can be edited in the “Settings” pages.

Managing Call Outcomes:  To manage your call outcomes, head to the “Settings” option in the gradient navigation bar and find “Manage Call Outcomes” on the left hand sidebar.

Managing Call Outcomes:  To re-organize your call outcomes, use the left hand icon and click and drag the call outcomes to reflect the order you would like them to be viewed.

Managing Call Outcomes:  Clicking “Edit” will enable you to change the name of the call outcome as well as change the color.
