Manage Call Outcomes in Shape Software

How are Call Outcomes Utilized in Shape?

Call Outcomes are statuses used to disposition a call once completed. Set your calls as "Bad Number" "Interested" "Not interested" or add custom call outcomes to your system!  

Configuring your Call Outcomes

Start by navigating to “Settings” in the top gradient bar. Next click the dropdown labeled “System Preferences” to find the “Call Outcomes” settings page. Call Outcomes:

Click the “Add Call Outcome” to create a new custom call outcome.

Title your call outcome and select a color.

Click the icon on the left-hand side and drag the outcomes to re-order them.

Yes! This is an option from the manage phone settings page. You will find a checkmark at the top of the page for “Require Call Outcomes”.

Absolutely! You will want the trigger type to be set as the desired Call Outcome. Then set the action type to the intended trigger. Change the status, add a not, create a calendar event and much more!
