Distributing the same traffic across multiple toll-free numbers is snowshoeing, and it’s prohibited. One verified number can send as many messages as you need — so only request extra numbers when each has a genuinely separate use case.

This is the part carriers scrutinize most. Be specific and describe what actually happens.

Use case *Briefly explain how you’ll use texting in Shape — alerts and notifications, appointment reminders, two-factor authentication, and so on. Where is the number published, if anywhere? How do recipients opt in? *Describe the process in detail and quote the consent language word for word.

Send the message you’ll actually send. Placeholder copy is a common cause of rejection.
