Best Experience Ever with Shape Software and Support Team

A while ago I finished a school of thought on how I want my CRM to run with the marketing I'm putting out on social media. This software has been a game changer. We're a few months in and already more productive and more organized than ever before! Alex has gone above and beyond in our onboarding process helping us make this powerful tool our own. For a tech novice who needs his hand held sometimes I have been comfortable with each step of the process. Even when I messed up some settings, Alex helped us back pedal and install best practices so we are set up for success for the long term!

As a Loan officer who has bounced around for year between CRMs that are either too complicated or not what I needed. SHAPE solved my problems. In fact, in the initial demo Call the sales rep highlighted that fact that everything I had worked for years to accomplish in a custom CRM was already built within shape. Lesson learned but grateful to have finally arrived. Also, Alex from the support team has been super helpful! The Support staff and systems have been amazing!
