Pagination

Some endpoints return results in pages. Here’s how paging works on each.

Bulk Export Records and Bulk Select Records

When filtering by date range, Bulk Export Records and Bulk Select Records return 50 records per page. Send pageNumber, starting at 1, inside the date range object. Bulk Export also accepts it at the top level. The highest page number is 200.

{
  "createdDateRange": {
    "from": "2026-08-01",
    "to": "2026-08-31",
    "pageNumber": 2
  },
  "fields": ["leadid", "firstname", "lastname", "email"]
}

When selecting by record IDs instead, send up to 500 IDs per request.

Reports

slctPerPage sets results per page (default 50, maximum 500) and pn sets the page number, starting at 1. User Note Activity isn’t paged. See Reports Overview.

{
  "filters": {
    "fromDate": "2026-08-01",
    "toDate": "2026-08-08",
    "slctPerPage": 50,
    "pn": 2
  }
}

Finding the last page

Responses don’t include a total count. You’ve reached the last page when a page has fewer results than the page size.
