What Is Credzu?
Credzu helps borrowers improve their credit so they can qualify for a mortgage in the future.
This integration connects Shape CRM with Credzu so leads can automatically be invited into the Credzu program.
Before You Start
You will need:
- Your Shape CRM login
- Your Credzu API Key (provided by Credzu)
- Admin access inside Shape CRM
Overview: How It Works
Here’s the simple version of the process:
- A loan officer changes a lead’s status to Credzu Credit Repair.
- Shape CRM sends the lead information to Credzu.
- Credzu creates a special invite link called a Magic Link.
- Shape saves the Magic Link on the lead.
- The borrower receives an email and/or text message invite through Shape with the magic link.
- The borrower clicks the Magic Link in the invite.
- Credzu begins the credit repair process with the client.
a. If client falls out, Credzu will prompt Shape to follow up on the loan officer’s behalf.
- Credzu sends status updates back into Shape CRM.
- Once the credit approval threshold is met Credzu will notify the client’s loan officer on Shape.
