Shape has a very user friendly UI. Additionally, the customer service from Daniel Kimm, Stewart Hartman and the troubleshooting support staff, everyone has been extremely helpful and responses are always provided in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend using Shape for all of your business marketing needs! I do not have any complaints as Shape is exactly everything I need built into one system. My target audience is a very unique demographic within specific categories. Shape allows me to eliminate the clutter and target my thin market using their features such as bulk email. On the back side, I love the prebuilt reports that help me monitor my A-B campaigns and more!

There are many things I liked about this platform but the best I experienced is its automation for sales and lead capture. It helps to reduce workload and gain better sales results. Easy to call and interact with leads. Its kanban board visualization gives a detailed overview. I loved how the Shape Software platform enables a powerful and integrated service for customer relations to keep every process on track. Overall, I highly recommend Shape Software if you are searching for an automated and reliable lead-capturing and sales enabler with sales pipeline functionality then this platform is best.

Pros: I was impressed with how easy it is o maintain your pipeline with all of the integrations and automations. I love how everything from lead funnels to file sharing easily accessible. One of my favorite features is the “if/then” functionality you can choose for marketing campaigns. Cons: I have yet to find any cons or issues with this system. Overall: Shape is an all in one CRM/POS and marketing tool that is a must for any originator. It has never been easier to manage my pipeline and referrals, and my numbers have never been higher. I highly recommend Shape to any originator, as it has literally revolutionized my career.

Shape is an amazing clear cut, efficient, streamlined software that allows you to customize the portal to your personal needs. It is a software that is easy to navigate with great organizational settings, tracking, reporting and syncing components. Shape syncs, advertise, customizes, and provides the best reporting CRM system I’ve used. You can call, text, email, and send out mass marketing all in one on the platform. It is amazing to see the dashboard reports that shows leads, prospects, and live numbers. Shape is prepared from intake to closing and the platform is clear cut and customizable to my needs!
Does the job for You
Pros: 1. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and responsive which is one of the best part part of this software. 2. The User Interface is very beautiful and is very user friendly. 3. The Software is very affordable and one can easily consider this before other softwares. 4. We utilise the platform to exchange comments, call recordings, and almost anything else these days. A lot of the labour we used to do has been automated thanks to email and text drip programmes. Cons: 1. The don't offer free trial which I think should be there. Overall: My overall experience was great. This programme has assisted me in growing my business and keeping track of all of my contacts in a fast and effective manner.

The software came with everything already built into it or it was just a click to connect what we wanted in the integration dashboard. Things that came with Shape that we did not need to add: Contact management, project management, calendar, e-mail automation, phone dialer and dialer automation. Things that it already came integrated with: Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Quickbooks, Zapier, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Gsuite, Outlook. I thought I could only use it from my computer but realized there's an iphone app so I've started using that too. Not sure if there's an android app or not, but the iphone one was pretty easy to use.

Saving up the record in shape is simple. If you input any texts into the text field it saves them automatically. On the top left, there's the productivity sidebar where we can add important notes, and get communication details like SMS, email, or phone calls. If you need to call your customer, you need to hover on their phone number and click to call. Similarly, the email can be sent in a similar way, and also there are email templates saved by default to ease up your entire process. Shape is the best CRM tool in the market. If you are thinking to grow up your business, then Shape might be the right option for it. Choose it wisely.
