Shape Software has been the most valuable tool for our business in tracking prospects and customers, following up, communicating, and nurturing relationships after their project has been wrapped up. We've found that it was an easy to adopt and use because of the intuitive layout and workflows. Shape's customer service and expertise in helping us get our custom software up and running really helped us to tailor the platform to our needs.

Shape's many features are very user friendly, one I liked/used a lot is the simplified email marketing that connects to outlook or gmail and lead prioritization reports that helps to focus on the possible opportunities to make better decisions, Online intake form builder that really helpful that links to our software and the details are exported to our database.

It consolidates multiple tools into one organized, highly functional system that runs smoothly and enhances every part of my workflow. I genuinely haven't found any meaningful cons. If anything, I regret not adopting it sooner because it's already made a noticeable difference in my productivity.

It has lead management, customer support, and our phones, emails and texts are all in one place! The team is always extremely helpful in getting us set up. There is nothing I dislike about Shape Software. It allows us to use one system for basically everything that we need as a team. We use it for sales, project management, as well as customer support.

Great experience. They seem to constantly be developing and building new features which I love. It has EVERYTHING. Built in phone, e-mail, texts there's even a calendar solution that's tied to the rest of the system AND project management (we used to have trello but we got rid of it and only use Shape now). Lead distribution, marketing automation, and contact management way superior to anything I've used before.

Shape know exactly what brokers need and the loan portal integration with my LOS is awesome. One feature like no other is the co-branding. I would love to get more tips and tricks to get to know the program better. There is a feature in a crm called SalesPypePro that helps us find leads and Inwish that feature would be in Shape, plus the the direct mail with closing gifts.
