One of the problems that Shape Software is addressing is the challenge that small businesses face in managing their inventory. Without an effective inventory management system, businesses may struggle to keep track of their stock levels, which can result in overstocking or understocking. The system is great but their support and training is what was the cherry on top for me. Not only did I get to personalize and configure the system on my onboarding call but I've sent many questions to their team and I always get a response the same day. I've used many CRMs in the past and that's always been an achilles heal but not here. I've used MANY industry CRMs in the past and this one is by far the best. I thought I was a little too advanced for them but every question I asked and tried to stump them with their support team knew.

What's most helpful is their team! They have been so beneficial in educating me, and my team on all the nuances shape provides. They are genuinely cutting-edge! The software is great, but the support and service from Shape is the best I've ever experienced. We've used several mortgage softwares in the past and some of them are ok but figuring them out can be a pain. Shape's support (Dani and her amazing team 🙂 helps us immediately whenever we have a question or want to learn something. Getting new employees onto the system, setting up their system, or trying to learn about texting thru the system (our latest endeavor).

Overall, I love the software. Enough to even sign up for my company right away. The campaigns help you to stay in touch with clients past and present and this is key to keeping clients for the long term. This software makes the process look so easy. It’s a great way to stay organized from the application to funding of a loan. I love the easy means of communication to the borrower for items needed and if an item is declined or approved. The way that all the screens are laid out is very easy for all parties to follow along. The software seems to cover everything!

Shape is an all in one CRM/POS and marketing tool that is a must for any originator. It has never been easier to manage my pipeline and referrals, and my numbers have never been higher. I highly recommend Shape to any originator, as it has literally revolutionized my career. I was impressed with how easy it is o maintain your pipeline with all of the integrations and automations. I love how everything from lead funnels to file sharing easily accessible. One of my favorite features is the “if/then” functionality you can choose for marketing campaigns.

Pros: Amazing marketing automation, drip campaigns and database management software! I spent so much time using other platforms that do half of what Shape CRM does. Im very pleased with there support and staff! Cons: Nothing really, all I can say it keep up the great work! Overall: All in all, Shape is a great CRM, Love all the integrations and ease of use! I'm truly amazed by the all marketing automation included in this platform. Also lead prioritization has been a major help and keeping us stay organized. Love this System!

The integrated dialer feature is a seamless and really boosted productivity. Cons: No cons, overall, it's very straight forward software. Overall: Simple to use and easy to reach customer service team. Highly recommend for a small/medium businesses who are looking for a straight forward software with great customer service.
