For me, the way in which I can organize my time and work in order to achieve a better and adequate structure of the most important information for me and use it in the long term is very helpful. It is great to be able to have all my information secure without thinking that it was lost or that I could not find it.

This software has helped me a lot, it's great and super easy to use! the way it helps you made me love it from the start. It was very easy to use throughout the loan process. I am a fan of the ease of communication, in addition to having graphics that help you understand everything better, I recommend this software. 10/10.
G2Better than Salesforce and Hubspot
Feature set and pricing. We used Salesforce and hubspot in the past and both were more expensive and lacked the functionality we get outside of the box with shape. Dialer, texting, e-mails, prioritized list views, lead scoring etc. all came ready without any coding or integrations. We configured the drip campaigns ourselves easily and manage all our accounts (and leads) out of Shape. Great system, would recommend 10/10 times.

This software makes the process look so easy. It’s a great way to stay organized from the application to funding of a loan. I love the easy means of communication to the borrower for items needed and if an item is declined or approved. The way that all the screens are laid out is very easy for all parties to follow along. The software seems to cover everything!
G2Perfect Mortgage CRM + POS Combo
Love the user interface and the features that come with our system. We use Shape for our lead generation, e-mail marketing and our team uses the phones as well. We recently purchased the LOS (client portal) which has helped save time with document gathering etc. Our team has obviously had to work a lot harder in this down market and having Shape in place to generate leads has been a big help.

I have tried several CRMs that were not user-friendly or did not have the functionality I was looking for. I found Shape to be the best all-around for our needs. Also, the service went above and beyond to facilitate any needs that we had. I haven't seen anything to dislike. Any platform can improve but I am still learning about it. Take a demo and see if it fits your needs. I found it to be the best all-around for our team.

Shape CRM provides an all in one solution, it's easy to use, helpful features that make daily task easier In my experience using other software on the market there's nothing about Shape that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Shape is a powerful sales tool. It keeps me on task and on the phone. Shape provides the benefit of efficiency allowing my team to be more productive.

Pros: Intuitive. User-friendly interface. Amazing automation. Keeps me super organized. Awesome customer service. Cons: Can’t think of any at the moment. As long as one is consistent with the software, you can get the most out of it. Overall: Love this software! It is a “one stop shop” for me and keeps me efficient and organized. It’s been a life saver!
SourceForgeGreat system for managing our pipeline and prospects
Pros: Love the look and feel vs. what we used to use. It also makes my life a lot easier being able to share call recordings and notes right in the system instead of having written reports go back and forth on emails. Cons: Zero cons as of yet. Haven't used all the features yet though. Overall: Overall a great experience and great software. Dani and Stewart are AMAZING and we've been treated very well 🙂

We've used Shape for a couple years now, and mainly use it to manage our prospects and for contact management. It's definitely easy to use and we do all our e-mail and text follow-ups through there. I like that we can record all our calls it makes it easy to send the recordings instead of having to describe prospects. We also use it for project and task management.
