What is Home Report?

The Home Report from Highway is a monthly, automated report designed to keep loan officers in front of past clients by delivering real value to homeowners. These branded reports provide personalized updates on home equity, appreciation, market activity, and more – keeping borrowers engaged and reinforcing your role as their trusted mortgage advisor.

What’s Included in the Home Report?

Each report is packed with easy-to-digest monthly insights:

  • Home Equity Updates: See current equity growth based on loan balance and estimated home value.
  • Appreciation Forecasts: Regional projections to help homeowners understand long-term value.
  • Market Activity Snapshots: Local home sales, listings, and price changes.
  • Readiness to Move Score: Predictive scoring that alerts you when a homeowner might be preparing to move.
  • Savings Calculators: Tools that demonstrate the value of making extra principal payments or what a refinance could mean.
  • Financial Tips & Reminders: Educational nuggets that help borrowers protect and grow their investment.
  • Co-Branding: Add agents to share visibility and increase referral business.
  • Referral Tools: A simple widget makes it easy for clients to refer you to others.

Benefits for Mortgage Loan Officers

Home Report isn’t just helpful – it’s strategic. Here’s how it works for you:

  • Stay Top of Mind: Most borrowers forget who their loan officer was within 18–24 months. These monthly reports keep your name (and face) in front of them without you lifting a finger.
  • Spot Opportunities Early: The “Readiness to Move” score surfaces clients who may be preparing to list or shop for a new home. This gives you natural touchpoints to re-engage before someone else does.
  • Automate Relationship Nurturing: Add a contact once and let the system take care of ongoing follow-ups. You’ll stay in touch without needing to send manual check-ins.
  • Strengthen Referral Partner Relationships: Home Reports can be co-branded with real estate agents, giving them visibility while reinforcing your collaboration. Paired agents can also invite their own clients, totally free, expanding your reach even further.
  • Look Like the Local Expert: Delivering customized, data-driven reports builds trust and positions you as a go-to source for home financing questions.

Benefits for Borrowers

Homeowners get real, relevant information that makes them feel confident and in control of their investment:

  • Clear insights into their home’s current value and equity position
  • Local market snapshots so they can track activity around them
  • Useful financial tips and calculators to help them build wealth
  • A monthly touchpoint from someone they already trust

All in one email, personalized to their property.

How It Works

  1. Upload Your Contacts: Add homeowners from your past client database or CRM.
  1. Reports Are Automatically Sent: Each month, the homeowner gets a fresh, branded report – no manual effort required.
  1. Get Alerts for Hot Leads: If someone’s score indicates they may be thinking about selling or refinancing, you’ll be notified.
  1. Keep the Conversation Going: Use insights from the report to follow up with relevant, timely outreach.

Why Use Home Report?

In today’s market, relationships matter more than ever. The Home Report is a simple, effective way to:

  • Nurture relationships at scale
  • Deliver real value without manual follow-up
  • Stay ahead of your competition
  • Increase repeat and referral business
