Well, I used a lot of different kinds of software in different jobs but they were bad o confusing. This is a very easy software and I will recommend this, is fast and everyone can learn it and have great support.

I've been User from Hubspot and Pipedrive in the past, however I had never been able to do a complete follow-up of my prospects in such a simple way that allows me to automate processes and save a lot of time.

Look and feel is the best part for me. Everything is intuitive so it's easy to learn without having to call in for tech support. I've used monday.com and pipedrive before and like Shape over those for sure.

The contact management and pipeline tools make our prospecting a lot easier. We use the system to share notes, share call recordings on leads and pretty much manage everything now. E-mail and text drip campaigns have automated a lot of the work we used to do as well. Would highly recommend Shape.
